We are proud to announce our partnership with The Unisure Group, a leading provider of International Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance, to launch the Unisure Strove App - a digital health platform built specifically for globally mobile employees.
The collaboration marks a significant step in how international insurers are thinking about member health: not as something to respond to when it goes wrong, but as something to actively support every day.
Unisure's members are expats, globally mobile professionals, and internationally deployed teams. Traditional wellness tools weren't built for them. Static assessments, self-reported data, and one-size-fits-all programmes fail to follow people across time zones and healthcare systems.
The Unisure Strove App is built for that reality. Members can track physical activity, complete biometric facial scans to estimate selected vital markers, monitor sleep, access mental wellbeing tools, and earn rewards - all from a single app that works wherever they are in the world.
At the centre of the experience is the Strove Score: a composite health metric that reflects how a member's wellbeing is trending over time, making health insight feel actionable and ongoing rather than clinical or intrusive.
Sustaining healthy behaviour is hard. For a globally mobile workforce, the usual barriers are amplified. The Unisure Strove App addresses this through a reward-based engagement model: members earn points by completing wellbeing activities, with higher rewards unlocked as their Strove Score improves. Points can be redeemed across multiple regions, keeping the incentive structure relevant no matter where in the world someone happens to be.
"Our aim has always been to provide end-to-end protection that works wherever our members are. By integrating Strove's technology, we are extending that commitment beyond claims cover into everyday care - supporting our members not only when something goes wrong, but throughout their health journey, every day."
- Justin Dexter, Group CEO, The Unisure Group
"Globally mobile workforces are exposing the limitations of static wellness programmes and one-off risk assessments. This collaboration shows how insurance providers can evolve towards a system that delivers measurable insight over time - without adding complexity for members."
- Chris Bruchhausen, CEO, Strove
This partnership reflects a broader shift happening across the insurance sector. The question is no longer just whether members are covered - it's whether their health is being actively supported between claims. Unisure and Strove are showing what that looks like in practice.
