Power Digital's employees don't share one office. Its wellbeing programme therefore had to create moments people could share without depending on location.
The growth marketing and consulting company uses Strove across the United States and its international teams. More than 460 employees have activated the platform, representing 56% of the invited population.
Three repeatable rituals give the programme its shape.
Employees can connect activity sources and see their movement, steps and sleep in one place.
The available platform averages are:
They do give employees a way to notice their own consistency. Ximena Gomez describes her approach:
"My advice is to focus on building the habit. Even on busy days, doing something small helps maintain the rhythm. Consistency is what really makes the difference in the long run."
Company-wide challenges give remote employees a common activity and a visible result.
Members have averaged 13.5 challenge enrolments a month. They have reached Gold tier an average of 5.8 times and earned an average of 6,989 points. Food and shopping vouchers were the most popular rewards.
The purpose isn't to make every employee compete at the same level. A challenge creates a shared reference point across teams that may rarely meet in person.
Sam Schroeter, Director of Culture, connects the programme directly to that need:
"Strove has been a great addition to our wellness initiatives, giving our team an easy way to stay mindful of healthy habits and participate in challenges together. It's helped create more opportunities for connection across teams."
Power Digital ran a monthly guided meditation series during 2025. Each session used a different theme, giving employees a scheduled moment to pause during the working month.
The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health reports that mindfulness-based approaches may help some people with stress, anxiety and sleep.
The short feedback from Schroeter captured the session-level response:
"Meditation was great! Casey is awesome."
The programme doesn't require everyone to be online at the same time.
Activity tracking is individual and ongoing. Challenges create an asynchronous team experience. Meditation adds an occasional live moment. Rewards give participation a practical outcome.
Melia Dion, Associate Director at Power Digital, describes the personal connection between movement and how she approaches other people:
"I'm a big believer in the idea that how you show up for yourself influences your ability to show up for others. Through consistent movement I'm able to stay mentally grounded and present for the people around me."
For Power Digital, the next useful measure is repeat participation across these three rituals, especially among employees who haven't yet activated.
